Collagraph II3 Session Class

Instructor:  Sara Tabbert

Dates of the class: Wednesday, August 9 and Two Saturdays: August 12 & 19, 2023

Times of the class: August 9: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm; August 12 & 19: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Location: Pioneer Park - Cabin 66 - The Folk School Print Shop (Click on the link for accessibility information.)

Building on work in our previous class, we will work on mixing ink, printing multiple plates in relief and intaglio, and develop an understanding of how to register color prints.

On Wednesday evening, we will begin with demonstration and passing out materials to work with at home. The two following Saturdays, we will offer print studio time for much of the day, with the understanding that not everyone will work for the entire time, hopefully spreading out the demand for the space throughout the day.

Note: This class will take place both upstairs in the cabin and downstairs in the printmaking studio. If navigating stairs is a limitation for you, please contact Kerri Hamos, Program Director at prior to registering for the class.
