Fairbanks Fiber Festival Class

Learn several helpful techniques for handling some of the longest and most unusual fibers available to hand spinners. We will use a hand card and a wooden swift as two different aids for spinning these fibers with greater ease. See how color behaves differently on these long silk fibers than on any other fiber. Come expand your spinning horizons with these unique silk fibers!

Prerequisites: Participants must know how to spin.
