Join us on Friday, May 19, 4-6 pm, at The Folk School cabin for a kimchi cooking demonstration with Chef Marisa Pena from Bread Line / Stone’s Throw Culinary Program!

Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with salted, fermented vegetables. Learn how to make this nutrient-dense dish using different vegetables such as napa cabbage and cucumbers.

You are welcome to stop by anytime during the 2 hour demonstration.
