Fairbanks Fiber Festival Class

Location: Pioneer Park - Centennial Center (near John’s Fiber Festival booth)

You will learn how to make a single strand braided cord, as well as decorative cords for everything from shoelaces and snugging cords, to belts and rope. The class will include how-to basic starting patterns, as well as a demonstration on how to plan more complex cords and patterns.

This class is for beginning to intermediate cord makers.

Age range: 12 to adult (ages 12-17 welcome with a co-learning adult also registered in the class)
