Ukulele is such a great instrument for young people.

This class will focus on kid-appropriate 2 and 3 chord folk songs, with an occasional pop song thrown in to keep it relevant. Students will work on utilizing a down strum to begin with, but will progress to the cowboy strum later in the course.

Students will need a ukulele, a tuner, and a music stand.

Please note: Parents/Guardians should plan to be present for at least the first class – to help the kids get started and tune their instruments.

Important: Please review the information on our Using Zoom for Online Classes and Meetings page to make sure you have the resources necessary to successfully and satisfactorily participate in such a class before you sign up.
