6 Session Class

Time of the class: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm each session
Location: Pioneer Park - Cabin 66
Ukulele is such a great instrument for young people.
This class will focus on kid appropriate 2 and 3 chord folk songs, with an occasional pop song thrown in to keep it relevant. Students will work on utilizing a down strum to begin with, but will progress to the cowboy strum later in the course.
Students will need a ukulele, a tuner, and a music stand.
Maximum number of students: 12
Minimum number of students: 5
Age range: 8 -12 years
Prerequisites: Have a ukulele, music stand, and tuner to bring to class.
Cost: $66 (members); $99 (non-members) Become a Folk School Member!
Materials fee: $2 for printed materials
