This printmaking class is designed specifically for K-8 classroom teachers. During this 2 session course, you will learn simple printmaking techniques that you can utilize with your own students.
Everything we do in this class can easily be replicated in the classroom, producing sophisticated results with low-tech equipment. You’ll be able to try several different kinds of relief print materials, and experiment with different ways of printing.
All tools and materials will be provided; but if you have your own carving tools that you like, please bring them. No prior experience necessary.
Thank you to Denali State Bank for their generous grant, which is allowing us to offer this class at reduced tuition.
