Spring Break: Electrical Escapades! (ages 9 and up)

Dates of the class: Monday – Friday, March 12 – 16, 2018
Time of the class: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm each day
In this electrical workshop will be wiring D.C. circuits with switches, lights, buzzers, and bells. We will also draw wiring diagrams and solder alligator clips to test wire and make our own jumper wires. We will be wiring some automotive circuits and even some house circuits. Later in the week we will trouble shoot non-working circuits using wiring diagrams and multi-meters.
Maximum number of students: 6
Minimum number of students: 5
Age range: 9 – 16
Prerequisites: interest in electricity
Location: The Folk School (main floor)
