- The Folk School Library privileges
Note: In-kind donations are a great way to support The Folk School, but they don’t count toward membership.
Other Ways to Donate
The Folk School is also qualified to accept donations from IRA required annual minimum distributions. Please have the funds transferred directly from your financial institution or trustee in order to qualify for a tax break (our EIN is 45-2974643). We will provide you with a donation receipt for your tax records.
If you would like to donate by check, please mail your donation to The Folk School at P.O. Box 83572, Fairbanks, AK 99708. Please enclose a note to indicate which type of donation you are making.
Note: This page is for donations only, and not as a way to pay The Folk School for other services (class registration fee, store items, Folk Bucks, etc.). We’ll credit it as a donation with deep gratitude, but it won’t pay for the other thing. If you need to make such a payment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!
