Cedar Houser - Instructors

Cedar has spent the last 6 years in Oregon, British Columbia, and Alaska diving deep into survival and primitive living skills through close mentorship. She is now a full time Alaskan resident. She has a passion for connecting people to the land through skill building and crafting. She first learned flint knapping from a master out at the large obsidian deposits in Oregon. Her fondness for fur sewing developed from tanning her own furs, and utilizing them to stay warm over Alaskan winters. She is forever a student to the natural world and is always expanding and growing her skills and knowledge of the land.
