The Folk School is pleased to announce the receipt of two cabins and surrounding land off of Gold Hill Road. These cabins once belonged to local conductor Gordon Wright and are the generous donation of Edith Rohde, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the news with you.These cabins and the surrounding land will allow us to host some of our natural materials and outdoor-themed programming in a convenient location in a local spruce forest, as well as provide housing for visiting instructors and artists in residence.
